What happens after you submit
- We contact the account email address to verify your identity.
- After verification, we delete or anonymize the account and associated personal data within 30 days.
- We confirm when the request has been completed.
Data covered by your request
Deletion includes your sign-in credentials, profile and contact details, addresses, calendar connections, device access tokens, and other personal data tied to the account. Provider-account deletion also removes or anonymizes public profile and service information.
Limited transaction, invoice, security, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Backup copies may remain until overwritten through the normal backup cycle and will not be restored to active use.
Cancel Google Play billing separately
Deleting SleighBook does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play before submitting your deletion request.
